Return Policy: Unused products in mint condition may be returned within **thirty (30)** days of delivery at the Customer’s expense. Please note that **custom or cut-to-size products** are non-returnable due to their specialized manufacturing specifications.
Manufacturing Guarantee: We guarantee that all neXus™ products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of **twenty-four (24)** months from the date of shipment, with the exception of seats, which are covered for **twelve (12)** months.
Note on Material Standards: As we utilize aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, minor surface marks or light abrasions on industrial-grade profiles are inherent to the extrusion and handling process and are not categorized as mechanical defects.
Sim racing involves physical activity. neXus Hairpin™ is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper assembly or use of high-torque direct drive wheels on our chassis. Ensure all MECH-LOCK™ components are tightened to spec before use.
